Zack is an amazing installer. He knew what he was doing. By the time he got here, he hooked up a 98 inch. TV brand new from scratch, and he did it with ease. Zach did an amazing job installing a receiver and running wire for my speakers. The job was riddled with setbacks (not his fault). He remained calm and persistent to find backup plans to ensure it worked and we were pleased. I highly recommend his services.

Company owners Zach & Michelle first impressed me with their exact arrival time as promised. I wasn’t held hostage at my home due to an arrival window timeframe so many service companies subject their customers to. They were ready to begin right away. Zach and Michelle removed my TV and soundbar from the box and the instillation process began. We ran into a snag due to the new TV’s cable box had not been activated. Zach asked me to call my cable TV provider. Instead of me dealing with all the technical back and forth with the Tech Services agent……. Zach handled the phone call on my behalf. The TV/soundbar was up and running in no time. I definitely plan on referring Zach and Michelle’s services to family and friends. Hangman is an excellent AV install company. Zach takes his time to hide wires and label them in case of future maintenance/issues. I’ve been using this company for years. Furthermore, if you have any questions, they are only a phone call away. Lastly, prices are affordable!

Zach and Michelle from Hangman TV have visited my home twice to service my entertainment system.
